Mr Shannon Hudson

Shannon Hudson

Shannon has a long, diverse and distinguished aerospace career with his current role being the F-18F/Growler Operations Manager at Boeing Defence Australia. 

Prior to this he flew as a Qantas pilot for several years as well as being a senior aerospace consultant with Nova Systems Australia. 

He commenced his flying career as a RAAF pilot, and has flown both the F-111 and the F-18F Super Hornet in RAAF service. He flew on exchange with the RAF in Tornado GR-4 aircraft from RAF Marham, as well as in combat in the Middle East.  

The Australian Air Force Cadets acknowledges this country and its traditional custodians.

We acknowledge and respect the spiritual relationship between the traditional custodians and this country which is inspired by language of songs, dance law and dream time stories over many thousands of years and we pay our respect to the elders who have passed into the dreaming, those here today, and those of tomorrow. May we continue to peacefully walk together in gratitude, respect and kindness in caring for this country and each other.
